Every item made on Greentree Crafts is made to the highest standard, however sometimes items can be faulty or damaged in transit. If this is the case I am happy to exchange or refund. Please contact me within 7 days if this is so. Either use the contact form on the website or email mail@greentreecrafts.com

Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Please make sure the item is returned in its original packaging 2 weeks after you received it.

Refunds

All transactions will take place through Paypal. Postage is non refundable. If you paid by cheque I can refund you with a cheque.

Repairs

If the item were to break with in 4 weeks of receiving it I will be happy to repair it. Postage to me must be covered by you, but I will pay for return postage.

If an item were to break over the 4 week period I will charge £5 for repair, plus postage.
